Free shipping

Every RestWell Paws order ships free, with no minimum spend.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Compressed packaging

Most foam beds and mats ship compressed and rolled in a compact box. After unboxing, unroll the item and give it about 24 hours to reach its full size and shape.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
