RestWell Paws sells dog beds and related accessories through this website. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online platform for our products and checkout.

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Our products are made for comfort and everyday use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If your dog has a health concern, please talk to your veterinarian.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree to provide accurate, current information for every purchase.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Safe use

Please supervise your dog with any new bed or accessory, especially heavy chewers. No dog bed is chew proof. Remove and discard any damaged parts and follow the care instructions on each product page.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RestWell Paws or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to break its security, uploading harmful code, scraping content or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote our store, without payment to you. Please only share content you have the right to share.
